May have changed his middle name from "Orville" to "Joseph" as seen on his 1940 draft registration.
Registered for the draft October 16, 1940.
In 1940 he was working at Bethlehem Steel.
Married Edith around July 26, 1941
Danny had 2 sons. Daniel J. and Paul R. Kelsey

Son Paul R. Kelsey wrote me on 9-17-2008: "My son Jonathan Melvin Kelsey just got married on July 11, 2008 to Kim Heider of Mantua, Ohio. They are now residing in Zanesville, Ohio. Jonathan has started a new teaching job at Tri-Valley Schools in Dresden Ohio."
(Danny had a bad car accident where it rolled over 3 times. Daniel O. Kelsey 91 Fairdale Ave Lackawanna.

I've seen it written on his high school graduation as Daniel J Kelsey the newspaper reporting of him and his wife doing church. Events is listed as Daniel O Kelsey.

His grave is very near the road:

He married Edith Charnock
He may have married her July 26, 1941 about 23 years old.
Danny died in 1958 and Edith re-married and is buried very near Daniel in the Hamburg cemetery with her new husband.

Saturday I remember my father telling me about this bad accident and that Danny rolled the car over three times.
​This newspaper write up calls at West Seneca, but I checked and there is no intersection only in Hamburg which Danny used to ski in Hamburg New York and my father also mentioned this area for the accident so it was probably zoned West Seneca back in the 30s
