Joel Jr. moved from Ellisburg, NY to Concord, PA about May 1831 (Oxbow Hill area. If you view Union City, Corry and Spartansburg, as an upside down triangle, Oxbow Hill is in the center of the triangle

John Sr. Supposedly lived in Otter Creek Vermont, which is right next-door to Middleberry, but I have not found records myself only the mention of it in the Fay genealogy book
Lucy Lilley/ Fay's father John Lilley Moved from CT to Bennington, VT to Otter Creek, VT to Ellisburg, NY and finally to Concord, Pennsylvania with John and then Joel M. Fay family in tow.
My mother met Minnie May Babcock back in the 1930’s and 40’s
