1910 Census Lucy is 8 and living at home

1922 Paul Harry Williams  Marriage to Lucy Fay March 20th 1922 (if true, she was already pregnant.  (as the baby was born Dec. 1922) I think this information came from another person's website, but it looked as though they had a lot of information and it appeared that they did a fairly deep dive on Paul and Lucy. No documentation was given, but they had dates of marriage.

1927 Lucy gives birth to her last child with Paul H Williams. Somewhere between 1927 (last birth)  and 1939 sounds like she leaves Williams and has already married. Sturdevent. Lucy's had 4 children between 1922 and 1927. 4 born 3 living. Very first baby died at three months old. So at minimum Lucy marries at 20 years old to Paul H (Harry) Williams in 1922. She's with him until the last birth which was 1927 then by 1930, three years later, she apparently leaves him and the children and goes back to live with George Reese and Minnie May, her mother in Pennsylvania. It seems like Lucy might have abandoned the family as she was living with her mother and stepfather, and no children were with her in that 1930 census.​ Lucy reports on the 1930 census that her first marriage was at 20 years old 20  Making the year 1921

1941 Orlo Sturdevant lists her as wife on his 1940s military registration card

​

1952. Her husband dies “Sturdevant" after being hit by a car helping his son deliver papers. Article lists survived by Lucy, one son, Elwin, and a daughter Elizabeth Paulucci.

1952 through 1989 (her death) she keeps the name Sturdevant.
