Gershom Fay II born September 17, 1703 in Marlborough Massachusetts. Died April 7, 1784 in Northboro Worchester County Mas. He and his wife Hannah (Oakes) give birth to son Gershom Fay March 30th 1729.

​Why am I consistently seeing the marriage date of 1751 even in the Fay book?

How can they be married in 1751?

Marriage date May 28th  1751 birth July 15th 1752 William Fay

very likely she was born in 1731 making her 20 years old at marriage. Wm came along 14 months after marriage.
